Mr. Colston is the President of Virginia Imports, Ltd. He has served on Trinity’s Board of Trustees previously as board chairman and chairman of the advancement committee during the Phase II Capital Campaign. He serves on the Young Life Regional Board for the Metro DC area. He has two sons; one graduated from Trinity in 2010, and one is currently in the upper school.

Mr. Moss is the Staff Vice President of Accounting for General Dynamics Corporation. He teaches Sunday school at Fair Oaks Church. He has four children currently attending Trinity.

Mrs. Colby is a Senior Counsel for the Christian Legal Society's Center for Law and Religious Freedom. She also served on the Grant Review Committee for the Alliance Defense Fund from 1994 to 2004. She has been a member of the Church of the Apostles (Anglican) in Fairfax since 1981, sometimes serving as a Sunday school teacher or youth group volunteer. She is the mother of two sons, Douglas, a 2008 Trinity graduate who attended Trinity from first through twelfth grades (except fifth), and Robby, who attended Trinity from 1993 to 2001.

Mr. Brinkley is an investment advisor with the Clarke Brinkley Group of Scott & Stringfellow. He previously served on Trinity’s Board of Trustees for two terms, was involved in both the building projects and was a past Treasurer. Mr. Brinkley attends Truro Church with his wife, Kingsley and their three children. He currently has one child attending Trinity.
Kirk Brown

Mr. Brown is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TF Forming System, Inc. He and his wife Nancy reside in Hume, Virginia and attend New Hope Bible Church in Front Royal, Virginia. Mr. Brown has served on the Trinity Board previously as Vice Chairman. Kirk and Nancy have three daughters, the youngest attended Trinity for 10 years.

Mrs. Cranston is Executive Director of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance. She is active with the Children's and Youth Ministries at Christ United Methodist Church and serves on a ministry that serves the homeless on Route 1 in Alexandria. She has two sons attending Trinity, both in the middle school.

Mrs. Gentry is an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia and Associate University Counsel at George Mason University. She and her family attend The Falls Church and she has two children currently attending Trinity.

Steve Smith is a Principal with the Architecture firm Cooper Carry. He attends McLean Bible Church with his wife Kelly and two children Cason and Madaline. Both children are in the Upper School at Trinity.
Mark Troutman, Ph.D.

Dr. Troutman directs a research center located on the Arlington Campus of George Mason University that seeks private/public solutions to improve the security of US and international critical infrastructure. He has a son currently attending Trinity and a daughter who is a Trinity graduate attending the University of Virginia.
David Vanderpoel, Ph.D.

Dr. Vanderpoel is Headmaster and CEO of Trinity Christian School and holds a B.A. in history from Wheaton College, an M.A. in European history from Adelphi University, an M.A.R. in theological studies from Westminster Seminary, and a Ph.D. in the history of early modern Europe from New York University. Immediately prior to his service at Trinity, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Medical Diagnostics Incorporated. From 1997 to 2001, Dr. Vanderpoel was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers as the National Human Resources Leader for insurance services. He served from 1984 to 1996 in the pastoral ministry as Senior Pastor of the New Hyde Park Baptist Church in Long Island, New York. Dr. Vanderpoel has been an adjunct faculty member of Adelphi University and Patrick Henry College. The Vanderpoels have three sons who are Trinity graduates.

Dr. Walker joined the board in 2009. He is currently the President of Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, VA.

Mrs. Whisler has three children all of whom attend Trinity Christian School. She and her family attend Christ Church Vienna. She served as President of the Parent Association at her children's previous school in Richmond, VA.
