Office of Student and Faculty Success

The Office of Student and Faculty Success (OSFS) is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, relational, and emotional lives of students, faculty, and staff by reflecting Trinity’s character and commitment to the mission of pursuing excellence for mind and heart to the glory of God. We are here to encourage students, faculty, and staff in their Christian faith formation throughout their time at Trinity and to equip them for a Godly life.

Success for us is seeing students, staff, and faculty embody truth, goodness, and beauty (2 Peter 1:3-10). By God’s grace and through the power of the Spirit, we labor and pray that His people may be equipped to live meaningful lives, responding to His love and faithfully following Christ.

His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness,
through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence…

2 Peter 1:3

Wholistic Discipleship

Trinity Christian School created this office in 2024 to facilitate connection, integration, and support specifically through service to students and departments in the areas of student life and student care. This office unites a variety of existing services, programs, and dedicated individuals into one central hub, with the goal of strengthening and enhancing the valuable work we already do.

Student Life

Seen, Known, Loved

House System

Trinity’s House system is built upon our school’s core values of TruthCourage, and Service, which are united in our common bond of Faithfulness. In Trinity’s four Houses, students build community, not only as an Upper School student body, but as members of smaller house and form communities. Learn more about the house system here.

Clubs

Trinity's students participate in and out of the classroom in a variety of clubs and organizations.  These student organizations foster learning, complement Trinity's balanced curriculum, and offer students access to skills built outside their regular classrooms.

Student Care

Wellness and Counseling

Counseling

Experienced in providing both preventive and responsive services, the school counselors collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to advocate for and empower students academically, spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. The counselors are available to all students for counseling, prayer, pastoral conversations, mediation, referrals, and to aid students in crisis.

Safe Harbor

A community of care that collaborates with key departments of the school that facilitates confidential information sharing, support, and advocacy for students and families so that they flourish and thrive.

In addition to the house system, clubs, counseling, and Safe Harbor, we offer opportunities for meaningful service projects, provide essential support for school events, actively engage with the parent community, host a variety of school gatherings, organize retreats, and lead chapels for both Lower and Upper School. Our mission is to come alongside the entire school community, fostering a culture where faith is not only formed but fully integrated into every aspect of life. Through these efforts, we strive to encourage and nurture spiritual growth in every corner of Trinity Christian School. For information on academic support, click here.

Faculty and Staff Care

Beyond serving our students, the office is deeply committed to supporting and caring for our faculty and staff. We create welcoming spaces, offer meaningful conversations, and provide opportunities for prayer groups, all with the goal of fostering connection, encouragement, and a strong sense of community. Moreover, we offer conflict resolution and mediation services, host staff devotions and worship, and build connections with local churches and pastors to further strengthen our community of care and faith.
