Thank you for your interest in Trinity Christian School and welcome to the Admission Process page! We are looking forward to getting to know your family throughout our application process.


 

Priority Admission Deadlines for Enrollment in the Fall of 2024

For priority admission consideration, applications must be completed by the following deadlines:

Grade            If your application is complete by:   You will receive a decision on:
Kindergarten   Friday, November 8, 2024   Thursday, November 14, 2024 (*see note below)
Grades 1-12   Tuesday, February 14, 2025   Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (*see note below)

 

Rolling Admission Enrollment

*All applications received after our Priority Admission Deadlines (K-12), will be reviewed on a rolling basis. 

 


Steps to Become a Gryphon

 

Step 1: Become an Applicant 

To become an applicant, answer a few questions about your family and student, and pay the nonrefundable application fee. 

Once you have completed Step 1, the Admission team will partner closely with you throughout the application process.  


 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Documents and Take Entrance Testing 

To understand a prospective student and family better, the Admission Committee considers a variety of factors in the context of our rigorous academic program. 

The following items (if applicable) are required to complete your application:

Once you have completed all elements in Step 2, you will be invited to a parent interview with a member of our school’s leadership team.  


 

Step 3: Attend Interview(s)

Trinity Christian School values strong partnerships with our families. The parent interview is one way for our leadership to learn more about your student and family, ensuring a mission match for both Trinity and you. In addition, Upper School applicants (Grades 7-12) interview with one of our Upper School principals.  


 

 

Step 4: Receive Decision

Once you complete all checklist items in Steps 1, 2, and 3, the Admission Committee will review your application and you will receive one of the following decisions:


 

 

Step 5: Enrollment

Parent(s) of accepted students will receive a link to the Veracross Enrollment Portal to respond to the offer of admission. 

Enrollment is confirmed when parent(s):

  1. Sign the Enrollment Agreement
  2. Pay the tuition deposit and New Family Fee
  3. Arrange a tuition payment plan
